Lucinda & Trent got married at the beautiful Cedar Creek Estate, Tamborine Mountain

What would you tell future Brides about your experience with Niki D Photography and Film?

Niki is so amazing I asked loads of questions so many times she got back with less then 24hours!

She is so professional and friendly she makes you feel so relaxed  and really can relax you when the nerves are high! When I was frantically running around because I wanted loads of photos she gave me the opportunity to relax have a drink, savour the moment and reassured me she will get all the photos!

I have nothing negative to say about Niki. If your a Bride looking for a wonderful photographer you would be a fool not to choose her. I can’t wait to use Niki D again, hopefully when I’m less stressed.

I’m so lucky to have found Niki D!

Is there a special reason you chose the venue?  Our love for Tamborine where we went for many relaxing picnic dates the location sold us.

We were both wanting to get married in a Chapel, so Cedar Creek Estate, seemed fitting!

Tell us you met? The Victory hotel in Brisbane, Feb 2013 with some vodka courage assistance, Lucy,  talked to Trent first. From the moment we started talking our love just blossomed.

How did the proposal happen? Trent took Lucy on a secret weekend away! We started the weekend with a special picnic at Canungra Vineyard where Trent  popped down on one knee. The rest is history!

How did you choose your Bridal party:

Lucy: my sisters- friends for life!

Trent- his best mates!

Where will you be honeymooning? Road trip! Port Macquarie, Hunter valley- with some delicious vineyards on the way and not to mention Bruce Springsteen and Diesel! Blue mountains

And Kingscliff a very relaxing food and fun filled honeymoon with minimal stress.

Favourite part of the day? Our favourite part of the wedding would be seeing each other for the first time in the chapel.

Surrounded by family that we shared, love, laughter and unforgettable memories. Such a wonderful day!

Funniest moment? The funniest part of the wedding would have to be the ceremony we went through all our emotions within 15 minutes.

Happy tears, nerves, laughter, smiles, multiple poses due to our celebrant, more laughter and then just pure joy!

Who would you like to thank:

We would like to thank our parents!

Our siblings.

Our amazing and relaxed bridal party!

All our family and friends that attended the day and wished us well!

Advice for Brides to be:

Make your special day the way you want it to be! Don’t be afraid to search for all different vendors until you find the best and ask loads of questions. There are some fantastic wedding vendors out there I can’t recommend the ones I used enough. I asked loads of questions and they all got back to me within 24hrs. Make sure your 100% happy. When it’s your wedding day savour every moment it goes too quick months of planning gone in 12 hours.
